Water Leak Caused by Shower Pan Breakage

This customer's townhome had water damaged that was caused by the shower drain/pan breakage that leaked down into kitchen ceiling and behind cabinets. We removed the shower pan and the drywall affected in kitchen. Then we performed the drying process. We cleaned all areas of debris and sprayed and wiped all affected studs and subfloor with antimicrobial.
